Is your event fenced-in or otherwise enclosed to restrict free movement within the event footprint (e.g., fenced, bike-racked, barricaded, etc.)?: *For enclosed events, the Fire Marshal’s Office requires that safety officers be assigned to monitor occupant loads and conduct regular headcounts throughout the duration of the event to prevent overcrowding.
